Make your way to the starting dock 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Our tiki captain will help stash your drinks, go over safety guidelines, and prep your crew for a blast on the water.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All of our Captains have been vetted, trained, and certified, and licensed through the U.S. Coast Guard, and each Captain possesses valid Merchant Mariner Credentials. All of our Captains have been chosen based on their experience with boating and their knowledge of the area and local rivers.
Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice of your scheduled cruise time will receive a full refund, or you will be given the option to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-rebookable, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues. If your tour is cancelled by us, you will be given a full refund or a rain check to rebook at another time (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol-related, cancellations). “No shows” will not be refunded and will be charged the full price.
Yes, we do operate in the rain, as the Tiki boats are covered with a thatched roof. However, the Captain can decide at any time to cancel due to unsafe weather or hazardous river conditions. Our Captains may “wait out” a passing heavy shower or thunderstorm.
Besides relaxing with a cold beverage, we can pretty much book anything you can imagine! From bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate meetings, birthday parties, and special concert event charters. You can even allow us to help you pop the question to your special loved one. Yes, we have a Bluetooth-capable, four-speaker marine stereo system that can sync to your phone so you can play your choice of music.
We do not provide, sell, or serve food, alcoholic, or non alcoholic beverages. Guests are encouraged and welcome to bring their own coolers packed with their favorite beverages and snacks. You can also purchase food from one of the amazing restaurants located on the North Shore or at Station Square and bring it on board with you.
There are several safe and convenient parking options available on the North Shore of Pittsburgh, near the Tiki pick-up spot, or at Station Square. For suggested parking locations, go to Alco Parking North Shore or Station Square.
